Order process time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed and shipped on the next business day. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
Shipping transit time
After shipment, most orders arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your delivery location and carrier service. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, inventory availability, or high-volume periods.
Important notes
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders requiring payment verification, address confirmation, or special handling may experience additional processing time. Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date, not the order date.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery progress. We offer free shipping on most tire orders delivered to installer partners, businesses, residences, and FedEx pickup locations within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is available on most orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping. In some cases, a nominal shipping fee may apply due to order size, weight, destination, minimum quantity requirements, or certain commercial, agricultural, industrial, and other oversized specialty tires. Tires in the same order may ship from different warehouse locations and may arrive separately. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. All applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.
Shipping to a home or business address
Tires can be shipped directly to your home, workplace, or commercial address. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Tires within the same order may ship from different warehouse locations and may arrive separately.
Shipping to a partner installer
Tires can be shipped directly to a participating installer for professional installation. Please confirm your installation appointment directly with the installer after your order is placed. Tires within the same order may ship from different warehouse locations and may arrive separately.

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, inventory availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.
